NOLA Pedal Barge Transportation Details
No need for a designated driver, we’re here to make sure you arrive to and from your Pedal Barge safely. Transportation to and from the Pedal Barge is not included in your ticket, so make sure you schedule in advance! We like to think of it as a pre and post-game event. We highly recommend scheduling your transportation in advance as the NOLA Pedal Barge gets very little cellphone reception making on-demand transportation difficult to find. We also recommend bringing your own food and refreshments – The Riley Express does not provide these for you.
The Riley Express can accommodate any size group in our vehicles. We offer top of the line party buses and luxury sprinters to get you to the Pedal Barge in style. Have a look at our fleet for more information.

Join us for an immersive Seafood Culinary Experience that delves into the rich coastal culture of Louisiana. This hands-on excursion offers an intimate look at the significance of our brackish estuaries to the commercial fishing and hospitality industries.
All boats come with a U.S.C.G Master Captain, blue tooth speaker systems, bathrooms, and even heaters for those cooler days. We can accommodate parties up to 25ppl per vessel with 4 boat choices to choose from.

Manchac Swamp Kayak Tour
Join our naturalist guides on a kayak tour into the heart of Manchac Swamp in search of wildlife! Located 25 miles west of New Orleans, Manchac Swamp is part of the Maurepas Swamp Wildlife Management Area which protects one of the largest examples of Louisiana’s iconic bald cypress-tupelo swamp. This expansive wetland ecosystem provides habitat to a wide range of species including alligators and birds. We love our Manchac tour to escape the city into the serene peace and quiet of the swamp, with a focus on observing wildlife and the natural environment.
The tour is a 3-4 mile round trip paddle down a combination of scenic waterways, with stops along the way for your guide to share information about the flora, fauna, and natural history of the area. On this tour, we put a focus on spotting any wildlife we can find—everything from alligators, turtles, and birds to raccoons and insects! The still or very slow-moving water is ideal for both beginner kayakers and adventure seekers alike.
